The Clarks serve with ABWE, International and are known in the country as Equip Manila.  They are committed to helping establish churches by mentoring, discipling and training a new generation of leaders.  There are 4 ministry venues related to their ministry of equipping, mentoring and establishing the church:  
  • Baptist Bible Seminary & Institute (BBS&I) - Exists to train pastors, preachers, Bible teachers, evangelists and missionaries.
  • Faith Academy (FA) - Is a Missionary Kid & Third-culture Kid school in East Manila, educating Christ-like, life-long learners.
  • Emmanuel Baptist Church (EBC) - The Clarks serve alongside this very ministry-minded congregation in East Manila.
  • The Institute for Practical Theology (IPT) - An institute that Robert has created to take 4 different types of seminary-level courses, seminars & workshops out to the provinces of the Philippines, bringing training to pastors who can't get that training any other way.
