The Pilgrim's Progress into Modern Tagalog

After receiving permission from Dr. Barry Horner, publisher of the The Accurate Revised Version of The Pilgrim's Progress.

 ​Emil discovered through contacts he has with Overseas Missionary Fellowship (OMF), that a translation of TPP actually does exist.  However, it is from old English to old Tagalog.  He has translated up to chapter 3 already.  

​Pray for Emil as he juggles his work with this vital ministry. 

The Pilgrim's Progress Graphic Novel

This is a recent goal that is developing.    In the course of talking it over with OMF, Emil realized that the effectiveness of TPP will be enhanced, especially out in the provinces of the Philippines , if we translate a Graphic Novel version.  

​Thus we would ask you to pray for the Lord's leading in this new project.   We are presently pursuing a TPP graphic novel by Kingstone Media in order to translate to Tagalog what they have created already in English.

Christian Worker's Dictionary

​Emil and Robert work closely together to create a dictionary that Christian workers can use as they learn to speak Tagalog.  IT is Tagalog to English and English to Tagalog, plus sections on theological terms and terms related to prayer.

This became available to missionaries in July 2015. Several revised editions are planned to make it even more useful.   

Emil is a fantastic teacher and linguist and I count it a blessing to be working with him.
