Inspirational quote for today!

Each year when working on my COREs (Circles Of Responsibility & Excellence - my goals & objectives on the year) I focus all extra reading on certain doctrine(s).

This year has a focus on passages, principles and reading related to Inerrancy and the Cross of Christ. One of the things I like to do as I study and read is to find inspirational quotes from those who are Bible preachers and teachers.

Last May I created and presented a 1 to 2 day training for the brothers and sisters of Emmanuel Baptist Church (EBC) with seminars on the "The Sufficiency of Scripture in Discipleship" and "Constructing a Framework for Discipleship". As I did this I found some wonderful quotes from God's servants related to His Word and salvation. I intend to share these here from time to time.

Here I have provided one of those quotes from Dr. James Montgomery Boice, a pastor/theologian that I have come to greatly admire. It is a great reminder that it is by grace alone that anyone is saved. Just one of those "Solas" that we meet up with in Scripture.

Dr. Boice is one who I find to be most inspirational lately! May the Lord use this to inspire and impact your life as He has mine... Blessings in Christ!
